This granny flat features a sloping ceiling which extends to 3m at the front doorway end of the room. This feature creates a very spacious environment. Bedroom ceiling height is 2.7m.
A stylish white farmhouse style kitchen sink adds to the overall aesthetic.
Several of the power points throughout the home include USB outlets for charging phones, iPads etc.
Easy-close, extra wide drawers give ample storage space in the kitchen.
Swing out cabinet to give easy access to the corner cupboard.
The diamond-shaped shower features a smart inset tile for drainage, which makes a very neat impression on the floor. We have used a black flip-mixer tap fitting and overhead rainwater shower head.
