The ozone system releases o2 gas into the spare room of the holding tank to insure that outside air never touches the RO water. This insures the cleanest water possible into purpituity.
The final filter provides one last safeguard for water being released from the system into the kettles.

The compounding kettles are where raw chemicals are combined to create customers specific liquids, creams, and gels.
Strukmyer has several different kettles ranging in size and specialty giving us the ability to manufacture a wide range of liquids.

The key to high quality liquid products begins with the water system. After the water goes through the reverse osmosis system & 2 dionizing tanks, the water then passes through our UV light filtering system which purifys it further. The top system is for new water going into the tank, the bottom system is for return water circling to get filtered again.

Strukmyer has a boiler system which produces RO purified steam to enable a validated cleaning process which cleans deeper and more consistently than other methods. This steam is pumped into each clean room and feeds directly into each mixing kettle.

This stainless steel tank holds 4,500 gallons of RO USP Purified water that contains less that 0.2 microns of bacterial growth. The water is constantly being recycled back through the purification system to insure it remains prestine.
